To be a vendor at the Barkfest festival please print, complete and submit the Vendor Application & Agreement form below. Include your booth fee with your application and forward them to our secretary. All vendors must abide by the Vendor Rules & Regulations. In addition, food vendors must also abide by the Food Vendor Extra Rules & Regulations. Thank you so much for participating in our festival and we hope to see you at Barkfest again next year.
UPDATE: Booth space is filling quickly. Please have your application to us as soon as possible to insure your spot.
The Barkfest Festival is a “Rain or Shine” charitable event. Please understand that no REFUNDS will be available.

Food Vendor Extra Rules and Regulations
Not for profit vendors
We are reserving a section of our vendor area especially for non-profit groups. We especially seek those whose purpose it is to educate the attendees to our event on dog nutrition, training, clubs, and special interest groups in any dog related activity.
There is no cost to you for booth space at our event and there should be plenty of room. We have received numerous requests from groups that wish to offer dogs that are available for adoption. This is a perfect fit for our mission and we encourage your group to attend. Of course, you will be expected to display your dogs in a safe manner, both for the dogs and for our crowd. Remember that children will be present at the event when you select the dogs you wish to bring.

Finally, you should get the application to us as soon as possible that we might get things organized and contact you to resolve questions. Also, please let us know of any special needs that your space may require.

A Word About Dogs Available for AdoptionIf your organization plans to have dogs that are available for adoption, you are expected to insure that they are properly vaccinated to comply with both laws and acceptable standards of care. In addition, please don’t plan to display more than 5 adult dogs at the event. It is not in the best interest of puppies under the age of 16 weeks to be at the event. Stress has been shown to have a profound negative effect on an already immature immune system. So, in the interest of good health and good judgement, please leave the youngsters at home.
